内容：派出人员姓名、职务、邀请方名称、出访时间、停留天数、访问目的、费用和医疗保险由谁负担、保证出访后回派出单位继续服务等。

要求：

1、抬头写给拟出访国驻华大使馆，如其在广州有总领馆，则写给驻广州总领事馆。

2、内容与邀请信及其它材料内容一致。

3、用印有或打印有出访单位地址、电话、传真的信纸打印

4、加盖出访单位对外公章，必要时还需领导签名（不能是出访人本人）
